THE BASICS
What is the event called? When will it be? How many streams will you do?
PROMOTE
Create promo images to share for the event, use polls or other Tiltify fundraising tools to promote the event, and prepare any incentives you’ll have. Be sure to add something to your channel about the upcoming event. You can find some visuals at the end of this page.
TILTIFY
Update your Tiltify page and add the Tiltify banner to your streaming application (OBS/Xsplit/etc).

Update or add any donation links and update your Chat Bot Commands.

Here is a timeline to keep in mind when you’re setting up and running your fundraising campaign. If it’s your first campaign, we suggest you give yourself at least two weeks to set up the campaign so you have time to promote the event.

With $ 60 a group of young female gamers can access a stable internet connection for two months in Nairobi, Kenya.

NIGHTBOT
Nightbot is a moderation bot. Its main purpose is to help automate the moderation process for the streamer. With Nightbot you can block certain words and behaviors automatically.
Some other features for Nightbot include customizable commands, Spam filters, Chat logs, and chat measuring capability.

OUR GUIDELINES
Before you start streaming, please read our tips and guidelines to ensure you and your audience have a great experience! While Women Win appreciates your support, we cannot take responsibility or endorse your stream, so please be responsible and respectful.
CONTENT MODERATION
If you don’t already have regular moderators it may be worth asking a friend to watch the comments on the livestream and moderate the chat for you, so that you can focus on your fundraising activity. They could do this remotely or be with you in-person so that you can debrief or celebrate together after your event!
BLOCKING AND REPORTING
Before you start streaming, take time to familiarise yourself with the community guidelines of the platform to make sure you know what inappropriate behaviour to look out for and how to report it. Learn how to block and report users who break those community guidelines, and/or your own personal house rules.
HOUSE RULES
Consider including house rules during your stream or event for your audience. You know your community best, but here are some suggested house rules if you are looking for a place to start!
